The 2014 Heartland BEST robot competition

On Friday, October 31, 2014, the Jade Ninja Munkee Team (students, parents, mentors, and coach) arrived at the NWOSU campus in Alva, Oklahoma to compete in the 2014 BEST robot challenge called "BLADE RUNNER"

After just a few rounds, there was no doubt. The well designed Ninja Munkee robot (Leonardo) proved his dominance. .


But a robot with a great design cannot do anything unless it has great drivers.

Our students had lots of driving time practice, and it showed.

The presentatin team. As a result of their efforts, as well as the display, the robot performance, and our team spirit, won SECOND PLACE in the overall "BEST" award.


The OKC Homeschool Robot was amazing. We won first place in the robot competition.
